These images are from a series of walks I made at the start of the coronavirus lockdown. In these initial strolls for exercise and my mental health I photographed the signs of isolation and closure. Trying to social distance in the second of these walks was not easy as sometimes I found myself walking in the road or crossing it frequently to maintain the required distance. It feels as though a storm is about to arrive. Some people get it and yet there are those who seem to be carrying on as before, but there is a fear in their eyes. I continue feel guilty about these outings. (All images are copyright of K Woodland Photography & Keith Woodland)
